Allsorts are a family run, CIC (Registered #11373253) working with a person centered approach. We support children and adults with learning difficulties and/or additional needs to live independently within our community.

We offer group activities, short breaks, home from home respite and fun days out with PA support available. We are growing and looking to recruit volunteers with further employment opportunities. Immediate start for the right candidate, subject to DBS check.

Available Roles


This is a Part Time role, working on a Self-Employed basis.

We are seeking a Carer to work Part Time on a Self-Employed basis, to complete support roles for two separate service users.

  • You must be able to drive, as school runs are involved.
  • South-side residents preferred due to location of support roles to fulfil.
  • Additional criteria must be met for these positions. Contact us for full details.

Required Days & Times

  • 7.30am to 8.30am, Four days per week
  • 2.00pm to 4.30pm, Three days per week
  • 5.00pm to 6.30pm, Three days per week
  • 5.30pm to 7.00pm, One day per week

At Allsorts Support Services we work with children and adults who may have learning difficulties, ASD and/or additional needs and other disabilities. We also work with those who struggle to mix, have low self esteem or other mental health struggles and who may not access any other service.

We do this by running a range of different group activities after school and holiday activities according to their interests and needs.

Our mission is to enable those with learning difficulties, autism and other additional needs to develop their potential and enjoy socially inclusive and fulfilling lives. We are passionate about our work and provide a variety of social and leisure activities to suit most interests.
We aim to deliver a fun, safe and nurturing experience where we will support each person to achieve their goals.

We are currently seeking VOLUNTEERS to help run our groups in Allsorts Community Base, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 2AG
